Phil Vickery will play some part in the Premiership final for Wasps against Leicester after he was given the all clear from a knee injury.

It had looked like Vickery was struggling to make it for the game after  the club issued a ‘wait and see’ verdict on the England man.

However, Vickery commented on BBC radio, “I’ve fully trained this week and I’m down on the team sheet to play. All being well I’m looking forward to walking out the tunnel at Twickenham.”
