Gavin Henson will return to the Ospreys side for the crunch game against Perpignan, as the Welsh club try to advance in the Heineken Cup.

Henson has been missing with a shoulder injury and most recently because of the birth of his second child.

The news isn’t so good for Perpignan’s Dan Carter. The New Zealand captain is facing a spell on the sidelines after suffering Achilles problems.

The French side can still qualify themselves with victory in their remaining games, but defeat would spell the end for them, leaving Ospreys and Leicester to fight it out for top spot in the pool.
