Connacht Rugby Shirts

What could possibly be more Irish than the green of the Connacht rugby shirts Admittedly, they’re not my favourite shirts but they’re faithful to the league they belong in terms of their colours at least.

The black fold down collar isn’t brilliant. I think it’s far too fussy but traditionalists will always appreciate the classic rugby shirt look that this Connacht top has gone for.

What I do like are the black patches that run down the sides of the green body and the white piping. The three colours do work together well, but unfortunately the whole shirt does look somewhat cluttered and overly busy.

The all black Connacht change shirt will be far more popular because of its sleek simplicity of design and I predict it will sell incredibly well.
